Football Speed is a consequence of football actions. The football Speed Integration model utilises our own created systems and is an ecosystem of the “Speed Intelligence System”, the FSIM comprises of two elements: Coupled Constraint Framework (Skill, Capacity, Interaction), used to analyse football speed, as well as the E-Speed Model (Physical Locomotor Capacity, Perceptual-Cognitive Efficiency, Affordance Exploitation, Execution Reliability), to coach the elements that improve performance.

These two models are integrated and should not be seen or used as a hierarchical process.
